Welcome to my Online Studio.

This is a space designed especially for you to practice in your own time and space.

At the moment the classes and meditations are free and will be while I build a library for you. Beyond that I will have a paid subscription or purchase plan. So in the meantime, enjoy my offerings as my gift to you.

Please listen to, respect and take personal responsibility for your body and wellbeing whilst joining these sessions. Rest when needed, take modifications if offered and take care during movement.



  • Not all classes are suitable for everyone. These sessions are designed for those with a general level of fitness and mobility. They do not take into account specific modifications for mobility issues, injuries or lack of fitness/condition.
  • Before participation in any exercise programme or class it is recommended you consult with your GP or other health care provider, especially if you are inactive, new to Yoga or Pilates (or any exercise), have any health concerns or issues, or are over 60.
  • If you experience any discomfort or pain during an exercise you must cease the activity and consult a health care professional.
