Our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing are woven together, each one impacting on each other. Thoughts, feelings and beliefs change the chemistry of the physical body, and likewise, the chemistry of the physical body impact and contribute to our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. This mind-body approach can be positively affected by the practices of Pilates and Yoga.
The philosophy behind my classes is to provide a practice that supports you as a whole person; your body, mind and spirit.
You will learn mindful and healthy movement patterns that will support you to move with freedom and joy!
On a deeper level, I am inspired to teach with the intention to build awareness of self-love, awareness and compassion. As we learn to love and accept ourselves, we create a ripple effect that spreads to all of those around us.
I run classes for 8 week blocks during term and by enrolment only to encourage a commitment to your practice! I really believe in this approach as I have seen it work! It also creates a community within my yoga space which both I and I hope you too will love.

*These classes are suitable for generally healthy and well students. For those with specific injury or rehabilitation requirements, private sessions are recommended.
